Early time is the evening.
It is recommended that you go early, as it lined up ugly.
On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, you can line up 15 minutes before opening. (9:45). However, I haven't waited much because I made it to some extent before the store opened.
After 11:30, the line will be too tight to make in time. On holidays, many people buy 10 souvenirs as a souvenir, which is why it takes time to buy.
